The School Bombing, Phoenix Magus Academy

It was time for the Legion of Demons to take action today. The plan they devised was perfect. With only the two of them, he would make the prince kill himself for them. It would save the trouble of having to dirty their hands and wouldn't cause them to be revealed.

Since the first day of school, Hiro told Pen to plant several bombs inside the school disguised as ordinary objects ranging from a flyers on a bulletin to a pebble on the floor. It was perfect. No one can tell these apart from the other objects in the area as Pen's drawings are extremely realistic that they come to life. Using these bombs, they can start a terrorist attack and ask for the Prince's life as ransom.

Now, on how to call for the prince's life was simple. All Hiro would have to do is knock out all the students on the way to the broadcasting room using a sleeping gas and make the announcement saying "he" will destroy a part of the school every five minutes that he is still alive from that point on. After he makes the announcement, he would simply teleport away with the mark he just implanted the day before. The prince will know the threat is real after the first bomb explodes.

Now how are they going to confirm his death? Also a simple matter. Pen simply will use this chance to create a alibi for herself by being by the prince's side at all times. Being a first year student, she will appear as a perfectly normal student who confesses her love to him. Of course we will need to cover for the prince's ability to sense malice but she will bare no malice during this time because she would be too embarrassed due to the fake confession. After the prince kills himself, she would simply need to call Hiro telling that the plan was a success. Although in the case the prince lets himself live til the last possible moment to kill himself, Pen will create a knife and kill him herself so that she will gain the kill.

Although under the situation that they are captured and detained, they need to at least make an exchange for their safety for this the bombs were timed to explode every five minutes. Even without them having to lift a finger, the bombs will detonate on their own unless they let them go free. It provided the perfect bargaining chip for their escape when captured. But if the plan succeeds, then Pen can remotely deactivate all the bombs and the bombs will go as normal items for the rest of their life. Although under the situation that there is no way to escape, Pen can remotely cause all the bombs to detonate surely to kill the prince. Everything seems accounted for and the plan was perfect.

Hiro repeated this plan to Pen who was standing at his side. "Do you understand what you have to do?" Hire asked for confirmation.

"The plan is perfect, Hiro. But do I really have to confess my love?" Pen whines fakely before laughing. "When do we start, hmmm? I did as you asked, and the bombs are already planted, but should anyone find them.... Yeah, we should act soon, Hiro. Do I get to choose my outfit?" Pen asks eagerly before pulling out a pad and starting to draw some sketches of things she may need.

"Yes! All students should at least confess their love once in awhile. You need to do that at least once too to be a man! Also, wear the school uniform with blue and white stripped panties, we can't have you looking suspicious. " Hiro notes while scanning Pen from top to bottom. He had the urge to also ask for a detonator since if she would found carrying it, it would mean the end of her. Although it was nicely disguised so he didn't really have to worry.

"You head to school first, I'll arrive 10 minutes after." He continued.

Pen arrives at the school on time and ready for her assignment. She knows where all the bombs are, and she knows the detonator is safe.

Of course Hiro would want the stupid detonator to be disguised as my undergarments.

Pen rolls her eyes and storms through the front doors of the school. Then she remembers she's supposed to be happy-go-lucky, obsessed-with-the-prince, first year, and immediately changes her outside mood. Though, she's still a little steamed with Hiro, of course!

"First things first, I need to find the Prince. Nemo Seoul." She mumbles under her breath.

Jack walks into class like usual and talked to his friends as he made his way to his seat to start his day.

Rabiel decided to take a stroll on the way to school, so he headed through downtown. He looked into a window and saw his reflection he looked at his eye patch closely and sighed. Eventually the formula that man used to enchant this thing will lose it's potency, after that I will have to leave civilization and live as a hermit. Rabiel sighed continued his walk and happend to see Ai walking down the street carrying a pizza box. As Rabiel got close, he stoped and commented, "You know eating so much isn't good for you"

Earlier in the day, Ai happened across a sigh that said "Buy one large pie, get one liter of soda for free!" and she did just as the sign said. So currently, Ai is carrying a box of pizza in one hand a bag with a liter of soda in the other.

During her walk back to the base, she met Rabiel who told her some useful information. "Okay." Ai replies and then noted that eating alot is bad. She then held out what she was carrying to Rabiel as if offering the pizza pie and the liter of soda to Rabiel.

Rabiel looks at pizza then at Ai. He opened the box and took a slice. "Thanks but I have to take my own advice as well, sorry" He started to eat his slice and then asked an obvious question, "Why would you buy a large pizza and a 1 litter drink if you were just going to give it to someone you happened to meet on the street?"

"Because a sign told me to." She replied and then the places down the liter of soda so she can close the box of pizza. She then stares at Rabiel for a moment.

A short while ago, a man on the street said "I want an eye patch cause it looks cool." and Ai interpreted it as a command. Upon seeing Rabiel with an eye patch Ai continued by saying "Ai want your eye patch." with one of her hands stretch out.

Rabiel looked down at her hands the at her with a quizzical look. "I'm sorry but this eye patch is special, and I have no other, sorry. You may be able get one at a general store if you really want one."

Ai was told that to always ask why someone would not give her something so she turned to face Rabiel again and asked "Why?"

Rabiel sighs and explains, "My eye patch may look like a normal one, but it's been enchanted to seal my mark."

"Okay." Ai replied but then her other order was that someone says they have a mark, ask "What kind of mark is it?" and so Ai asked "What kind of mark is it?"

Rabiel thought about telling her a bit, but she seems so innocent that she could never mean harm, but just to be safe he tells her the partial truth. "My eye contains a powerful passive illusion mark that send whoever looks into it into a realm of nightmares."

After figuring out what the mark is she needs to see an example of it for use later on in case she has to battle him. So Ai was also given the order to say "Show me." after the person explains their mark even if it was vague. So Ai said "Show me." and then waited for Rabiel's response

Rabiel puts on a worried face and then replies with a simple, "No".

Walking by, Streek notices Rabiel.

"You know, a great deal of intelligence can be invested in ignorance, when the need for illusion is deep. I know I'm using a wrong interpretation of that little bit of knowledge here, but I've seen you at the library. Is it your illusion mark that you are investing your intelligence in? Sorry for being so intrusive.... Rabiel, I believe it is."

Streek smiles at him and Ai, the other person in the small shop from yesterday. Strange that he'd see the same two people together. Streek is also curious about the mark.

"I'd like to see as well, Rabiel. Please?"

Ai was just refused so the conversation loops backwards causing her to ask "Why?"

Rabiel explains to the two of them, "My eye is passive, I can't control it, and many have been hurt by the mere sight of it, I don't want anyone else to get hurt by it."

Rabiel just explain his mark once again causing the conversation to continue to Ai asking "Show me."

Streek laughs at Ai's round-a-bout way of thinking, before he speaks.

"I'd also really like to see as well. That sounds intriguing!"

Rabiel sighs again, "From what I can tell this should work, Ai don't ask me about my mark anymore, and....I don't believe you told us your name yesterday, but you too." He directed his second comment at the rough looking boy.

Ai interprets the order from Rabiel from the part where he said I first so she interpreted his order as "Ai can tell this should work. I don't ask me about my mark anymore." but it wasn't grammatically correct so she just regarded the first part as the order as "Ai can tell this should work." and thus she replies with "Okay."

Although the situation where the person doesn't show his mark's ability within five minutes after she asks, she was told to threaten them into showing it. So the air around the three of them suddenly got colder and icicles formed and floated in the air. All of which pointed at Rabiel. Ai then continues by saying "Are you sure you don't want to show me?"

"Ouch. You're cooold." Streek says and laughs heartily at his joke.

Then, he looks at Rabiel seriously. "Name's Streek, and I think you should show us, amigo. If I take one of these icecicles instead of you I'll be pretty damn pissed. But you'll probably be dead. No pressure."

Rabiel, knowing he's in trouble, knows he must defend himself, so he points his finger toward the sky and and shouts, "HEY LOOK A U.F.O.", then he grabs Ai's arm and drags her into an alley where he tells her straight. "This could easily put your life at risk but....fine, here's what you want." He lifts his eye patch and shows her his eye showing her a war that occurred many years ago where a tall, dark, man bearing a dragon Mark ordering soldiers to set Markless villagers ablaze.

Ai releases control of all the icicles causing them to drop onto the floor to melt on their own. "Okay." She replies and then walks back out to pick up her pizza and soda. Although the pizza got cold, so did the soda. She then offered it to Streek who was there.

Streek rolls his eyes and lays down against the wall, waiting for the two lovebirds to stop showing eachother "stuff" and come back out. He snickers at the thought and grabs a slice of the pie.

Rabiel put on his eye patch and looks at Ai with a confuzled look, then he just shakes his head and walks back outside, he looks down at Streek and says, "Come on, we're going to be late for school. Ai, not sure why you are so calm about it but I'm glad you're all right, take care." Rabiel then walks in the way of the school.

"Yep, hope your day doesn't blow up on you! You too, Ai." Streek smiles at the two and grabs another slice of pizza before walking away.

Ai then looks into her box of pizza seeing it only has 6 slices left and then closes the box but then a child comes out from almost nowhere and take the box of pizza. It was a boy who couldn't have been any older than nine and he was already robbing people.

Ai, with her superior speed due to the mark's ability to increase their owner's physical abilities was able to easily catch up to the boy that was running away. Upon closer inspection of him, he was wearing ragged clothes and had a putrid smell.

The boy shocked that the girl he stole from was suddenly in front of him and saw the mark that was on top of her hand. "You're not getting this back you... you marked!" the boy exclaimed as he cringes in fear of what a mark user like Ai was going to do to him now.

Ai interpreted it and she accepted that she wasn't going to get back the box of pizza. The then gestured the bag with the liter of soda inside to the boy. The boy hesitated to take it but then accepted it. The boy didn't understand why she was giving him the soda. She then patted the boy on the head and began to walk away.

"Why... why are you giving me this!?" the boy asked.

Ai then stopped in her tracks and turned back and replied "Because I was told to." The boy didn't know what Ai was talking about. He didn't request anything of her but it was a order that came from the Demon Lord himself.

Ai began to reminiscence on the order that one person gave her that one fateful day when they met. Don't resist the one who claims to be evil but if anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. If anyone would sue you and take your tunic, let him have your cloak as well. And if anyone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles. Ai took these words to heart as she began walking away.

Suddenly a hand patted Ai on the head when she was turning around. It was Hiro... the Demon Lord himself. "Good job... Ai." Hiro said softly as his hand flowed through Ai's silky hair as they passed each other. Ai was told not to talk with any Legion members if she met them on the street unless she was given the signal. Hiro didn't give one so she chose not to tell him anything as she began walking away.

Hiro on the other hand, his master plan has already started. Yes... by being late to school, he would have less of a chance to plant bombs all around the school making himself have a alibi. Although it wasn't him that planted the bombs in the first place at all but rather it was Pen herself. But it was better to be safe than sorry so he then arrived to school late on purpose.

Risu is running late. He knows his Sensei, Matt Soohigga, would be angry, and would make him work extra hard.

That Magus lady was nice to me! That's so weird, most Magus are so mean to us Markless, and I don't even have a home..

Being just 9 years old, Risu cried easily. He fights back tears as he remembers one time when he was pushed down by a passing Magus student when Risu asked for some Copper coins.

"Sensei doesn't like tears. I need to be stronger!" Risu steels himself and walks into his Sensei, and closest father figure's house with the pie and pop the Magus let him keep.

Pen waited until the first bell rang for Nemo. Seeing he wasn't going to be coming yet, and not wanting to seem suspicious, she dialed in her boss's number and waited until he picked up. When he did, she told him: "Not today," and hung up the phone.

Pen picked up her notepad and walked to her first class.
