Date Preparations - Seoul Private Apartments

September 4th, 792

In the morning, Nemo felt someone give him a push on the shoulder. "Did you two have fun last night?" asked Ursela, snickering at Nemo. Suddenly, he realized he was holding a sleeping Hina against his chest and she was hugging him around the waist.

Nemo's face turned red and he struggled to get out of hold. "W- we didn't do anything! Hina, you have to get up! Tell her that we didn't do anything!" Nemo shouted, embarrassed.

Due to Nemo's struggling and shout, Hina quickly woke up and noticed that they were sleeping together. She quickly released her grip around Nemo and backed away until she was leaning on Nemo's bed with a reddened face. "Wh-wh-what were we doing?"

"I must say, I expected you to do it on the bed, not the futon..." said Ursela, trying not to laugh. "Whatever fits your fancy I suppose."

Nemo's face turned even redder. "We didn't do it! I- I don't know what happened but we certainly didn't do that!" shouted Nemo.

Hina nods quickly as she hopes that they really didn't do anything.

"Wimp," she said with a sigh. "Anyways, I came to take her away again. We need to make her acceptable for your date," she said as he grabbed Hina by her arm and pulled her out of the room. After she was out the door, she popped her head back in for a second. "Get dressed and go to the carnival. We'll drop her off when we're done with her," she said one last time.

"Eeh?" Hina cried as she gets pulled away by Ursela. Unknown to how many times she had visited this place, she has once again entered the Maid's Quarters. She was then undressed once again and threw into the already prepared bath. After the maids washed her all over and dried her, they gave her s frilly white one piece dress and a yellow vest to wear over it. Her hair was then tied into twin tails on the side with a ribbon.

After they finished, she was escorted outside to the door to meet Nemo. On her way to the front door, she began to wonder why they had all of these clothes. The ribbons she was wearing was not her ribbon either as it was too thin meaning that they must be hidden somewhere still.

When Nemo was in view, Hina turned her head away to hide her embarrassed face from Nemo as she was in completely new clothes.

When Hina walked out of the door, Nemo was stunned. He swallowed as his cheeks turned a little red. Was he supposed to compliment her now? In all of the romance novel's he read, that's what the guy did when his date came out wearing something. As Hina approached her, he decided on what to say. "Y- you look like a princess," said Nemo a little embarrassed.

Hina was taken aback by Nemo's compliment causing her to burst out the door to hide her reddened expression. Although she can't just leave as the clothes she was wearing was not hers, so she assumed that she must go on this date to get her clothes back.

While waiting for Nemo to come out, she began to indulge herself in Nemo's compliment. She eventually began to think that if in the case that she was Nemo's girlfriend, she would be the princess. The ruse has yet been cleared up and she realizes that this could cause the misunderstanding to grow even bigger. She felt like not going with Nemo to the carnival as it would seem like she was his girlfriend but she felt that she must for multiple reasons.
