Anti-Psychic Skills:
Psi Absorption:(Passive)
Description: Absorbs any single target psychic ability that hits the user and gains Psi counters that take up Psi Capacity equal to the amount that would've been HP damage. If opponent gets a critical or luck hit, this does not activate. It also does not activate if the amount of damage exceeds Psi Capacity at the time.
Psi Beam: (Activate, Single-target)
Description: Absorbs user's Psi counters to fire a beam at target equal to the remainder.
Success Formula: AD(U'AGI) ≥ DD(E'AGI), if it is true, then it is a success
